WHO WE ARE

The Graduate Geographers Project (GGP to its friends) is a group of graduate students in the Geography program at Rutgers University who work together to enhance each others' experience as students. It provides an environment for academic cooperation and growth, as well as a base of support for new students.

WHAT WE DO

The GGP is more than an academic support group. We sponsor activities for our students, we bring speakers in to present on their research, and we are working on developing a forum for sharing our knowledge with each other. We also work to provide a voice to the graduate students at faculty meetings and student organizations, greasing the politics of academia to make everyone's lives a little easier.
